Ordering

  • Can I customise my patch or collectible?

The items listed on the site are not available to be customised, however if you'd like to order your own "spin" on an existing design or use it as inspiration for your own bulk order please let me know.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

For custom designs there is usually a minimum order, this depends on the product, materials and timescale involved and can be discussed with us prior to any order being placed. 

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

As long as your order hasn't already shipped we will happily amend it. Once the order is shipped, no amendment can take place.

  • Does any of the money go to charity? 

Yes! I'm proud to say that since starting in 2021 over £5000 has been given to various charities including Help for Heroes, Royal British Legion, War Paws and others.



Design & Customisation

  • Can you create a design from my idea?

Absolutely. If you have an idea in your mind we can draw and then computer generate a design to match your vision, or if you already have a drawn design we can work from that. Please note that any design work done by us will incur a small non-refundable deposit which is taken from the final price of your order.

  • Do I need to provide artwork?

No, but if you can it's always helpful! 

  • Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes, and we offer unlimited revisions until production starts. Once we've started creating the patches no amendments can be made. 

  • Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, if you're unsure of what exactly you want we can create some ideas and see if it helps inspire your final product. 

  • Are all of your designs created by you? 

No, although the vast majority of the patches we sell are designed in house, we also occasionally stock patches that we've managed to trade or buy elsewhere. 


Quality

  • What materials do you use?

Patches are usually embroidered but we also offer woven, PVC or printed designs. 

  • How durable are your products?

Built to last, from flight decks to fields and everywhere in-between. 

  • What backing options are available? (Velcro, iron-on, sew-on, adhesive, etc.)

All of the above, although we find most of our customers choose to have velcro backing we have plenty of other options.

Shipping

  • How long does production take?

All designs currently listed on the site are already produced and ready to ship. Custom orders generally take 3-4 weeks but a timeline will be discussed with you during the design process.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please get in touch if you're ordering from outside the UK.

  • How much is shipping?

Currently, shipping is 2.99 on all orders from the site, custom/ bulk orders often ship for free so please send a message if you're planning on ordering a larger quantity.
